Jemma Cher

Jemma Cher, a Melbourne-based vocalist, brings maturity, sophistication and dazzling virtuosity to every performance. At 24 she carries many years of stage experience which have shaped the artist she is today.

Jemma's large vocal range, effortless tone and deep control bring something special to jazz, gospel and R&B repertoires.

Jemma has recently released her debut studio album titled, Let’s Do It. It features a range of well-known Australian musicians such as Lior, Simon Starr, Ben Grayson, Daniel Farrugia and Joshua Moshe playing sophisticated and detailed new arrangements. Jemma’s album also includes one special original composition written by Gideon Cher and Jemma Cher, titled, I’ll Stay.

The band is Simon Starr (double bass), Hue Blanes (keyboards) Dave Beck (drums) and Joshua Moshe (saxophones).
