International Impro Mini Fest: The Wishing Tree
The Wishing Tree is an improvised format where the audience’s favourite wish could come to life. Members of the audience are invited to anonymously write a wish on a piece of paper and hang it on The Wishing Tree.
The cast of improvisers are asked to choose wishes at random from the tree. Stories unfold and characters are brought to life as the hopes and desires of the wishes are honoured, no matter how big or small. The wishes, reinterpreted from the point of view of the performers take us on an emotional rollercoaster ride and into a night of pure magic.
Created and directed by Rama Nicholas (Australia).
Recommended ages 15+ for adult language and themes.
