Community Social Crafting

  • Community

Have you been looking for an inclusive, supportive, creative community crafting group?

The Cauldron is a fabulous creative community space in Docklands hosting weekly social crafting sessions.

These are informal sessions where you can meet other creative people in the community, socialise and share skills. Bring your own hand crafting projects – knitting, crochet, paper craft, quilting, tatting, beading, macrame, etc. Please note the Cauldron doesn't have capacity for sewing machines, so any non-mechanised hand craft is welcome.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.

We accept the invitation in the Uluru Statement from the Heart and are committed to walking together to build a better future. For more information, visit Aboriginal Melbourne.
