Bulgarian Filo Pastry Magic

Sonya will show you how to handle delicate filo pastry while you make Banista - an egg, cheese and spinach pie (think Borek but with a Bulgarian twist), and Tikvenik - a decadent plant based dessert with pumpkin, walnuts and cinnamon. A seasonal Bulgarian salad is included to round out your meal.
