Body Concert

If you’re drawn to Pilates that’s rigorous, intelligent, kind and inspired, you’ll feel at home at Body Concert. Their teaching lens sensitively transforms you, in a space that centres connection.

They teach a contemporary form of Pilates that’s grounded in the classical foundations and inspired by studio founder Kasia’s 18+ years of teaching experience in studio Pilates practice – as well as her personal love for the method.

Kasia’s carefully selected team of Pilates and mindfulness teachers foreground the immediate and ongoing benefits of your movement experience, as well as your connection to the studio community.

Group classes are intentionally small to focus on the quality and development of your practice, while the rigour and detail of their tailored solo and duet Pilates lessons takes you much deeper into the scope of the work.

If you’re drawn to Pilates that’s rigorous, intelligent, kind and inspired, you’ll feel at home at Body Concert.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.

We accept the invitation in the Uluru Statement from the Heart and are committed to walking together to build a better future. For more information, visit Aboriginal Melbourne.
