Warkop Melbourne CBD
Office workers in Melbourne’s CBD are about to change the way they view their lunchtime sandwiches, with the arrival of the iconic Indonesian sandwich joint Warkop to Little Collins Street.
Having first opened Warkop in Richmond in 2021, owners Barry Susanto (ex-Navi Sous Chef) and Erwin Chandra are expanding their humble-yet-popular sandwich venture to share the authentic flavours and friendly culture of their homeland with more curious foodies across the city.
Along with housemade sweet and savoury pastries and fresh salads, the CBD sandwich menu will offer Susanto’s greatest hits he has perfected over the last year, including roast pork with sambal burrata, salted lettuce and black garlic on fresh shokupan bread.
