The Waiters Restaurant, otherwise known as the Italian Waiters' Club, is a hard-to-find, long-standing gem offering a quintessentially Melbourne experience.

Since starting life in 1947 as a social club for Italian immigrants working in the hospitality industry, this place has seen a lot of change but the menu has remained the same. As the old saying goes, if walls could talk, imagine the stories they would tell.

The room is rustic, the food is simple but delicious, and it's open until late. Don't expect fine dining, just quick and delicious meals.
