Tokyo Motto

  • Restaurant
  • Casual dining

Tokyo Motto aims to bring the best of Japan's casual dining culture to a buzzing diner in the MidCity Centre.

Over lunch it serves up its signature omurice Japanese curry made from chef and restaurateur Spring Chee's secret 'golden' sauce infused with stone fruits and fresh bee honey. Also expect bowlfuls of slurp-worthy ramen with a diverse range of toppings (including a soft serve ice cream cone). There's a spicy version hot enough to make you reach for an ice-cold beer. The pork in their thick, juicy katsu is given the sous-vide treatment for 24-hours to create a super succulent bite that's addictive.

From 9pm Tokyo Motto transforms into a late-night izakaya serving up bar snacks, crispy fried chicken and rivers of free-flowing sake, beer and Japanese-inspired cocktails.
