Machida Shoten
Japan's Machida Shoten Ramen, celebrated for its rich flavours and authentic taste, has opened its first Australian shop in Melbourne. Each bowl is a perfect harmony of tradition and innovation, crafted to satisfy every ramen lover.
Their signature Yokohama ramen is ramen from the Yokohama region of Japan. It consists of a delicious combination of tonkotsu and shoyu broth, finely seasoned with soy sauce. The medium-thick noodles have a special texture and ensure the perfect bite. Traditionally, they serve this ramen with tender chashu pork, spinach, quail egg and nori seaweed - a classic that will transport you straight to Japan.
Machida Shoten started in Tokyo, Japan in 2008, with a dedication to bring authentic Yokohama Iekei ramen to more people. It now operates throughout Japan, Asia, Canada, and the US.
