Tian38

  • Restaurant

Tian38 takes a contemporary and progressive approach to Chinese cuisine, whilst paying homage to past traditions.

The 'new school' menu at Tian38 features dishes encountered on travels through Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore.Tian38 translates as 'Shop38', a nod to the simple naming convention for many restaurants throughout Hong Kong. Try their wood smoked roasted duck, free-range Hainan chicken and Kurobuta char siu pork, or the Singapore chilli crab jaffles, kung pao cauliflower and 'Taro-misu'.

The menu offers express lunch, bottomless brunch, banquets and à la carte options, as well as a range of cocktails. The wine and cocktail bar has a selection of hand-picked local wines and signature cocktails. Try the mandarin sour, Tian Sling or Applewood old fashioned for a playful take on classics.
