The Lincoln

  • Pub
  • Restaurant

A grand old Melbourne pub serving great food, wine and beer since 1854, The Lincoln distinguishes itself from the uni-style pubs around Carlton with its seriously delicious gastropub-style food. The kitchen serves up a menu where regional, sustainable, and seasonal ingredients are allowed to shine, and they make as much as possible in-house, from their bread, mustard, and pickles to curing their own free-range bacon.

Their Art Deco bar has 12 taps featuring a rotating list of Australian and New Zealand craft beers, as well as a curated wine list showcasing small interesting producers, including some of Australia’s most progressive winemakers.
