The Carlton Club is a three-tiered night out that starts wherever you arrive. Rooftop drinks are served with the city laid out in every direction, while the bar downstairs is built in velvet and low light and taxidermy.

Up top, Palmz is open from 3pm: think Patrón cocktails, palms overhead and golden hour. Saturdays bring bottomless brunch to the rooftop: 90 minutes of jugs, mimosas, house wine and beer, with snacks on the table to keep pace.

Downstairs, the main bar keeps things moving, while later, Hasti Bala takes over under red light when the night stops being a plan and starts being a sequence.
