Founded and led by head chef Jay Yi-Ming Huang, who grew up in Kaohsiung, Taiwan Village captures the essence of Taiwanese food – balanced, nourishing and full of flavour and heart.

With every dish, Jay and his team invite diners to journey through the vibrant streets of Taipei, the tranquil corners of Tainan and the bustling night markets of Kaohsiung – one authentic flavour at a time.
