Sulbing
Sulbing is a Korean dessert cafe franchise that offers a modern take on the traditional Korean dessert known as bingsu.
Translating as 'snow ice', sulbing contain finely shaved snow flakes of milk, chocolate or yoghurt decorated with delectable toppings.
Classic options include sulbing topped with injeolmi (a Korean rice cake coated in soybean powder) or a sweet red bean injeolmi sulbing.
Starting out in Busan in 2013, Sulbing now has over 500 franchises across South Korea.
