Shou Sumiyaki
Shou Sumiyaki is a Japanese barbecue restaurant where fresh meat, seafood and vegetables are cooked directly over the charcoal flame. Sumiyaki means charcoal grilled and is a traditional Japanese style of cooking (sumi - charcoal and yaki - grilled). A charcoal grill will be in the centre of the table, fresh ingredients will be served and you get to grill your own ingredients on the table.
The smokeless charcoal griller is the centre of the kitchen here. This griller redirects the smoke underneath, allowing for a more comfortable smoke-free Japanese-style barbecue experience.
Stop in for premium wagyu beef, market-fresh fish and specialty pork.
