Within a large converted warehouse, Seven Seeds houses a coffee roaster and cafe plus single-origin coffees and brewing systems. It also has milk jugs for sale.
The cafe menu changes seasonally and can include such delights as jalapeño French toast with chorizo, chilli, sour cream and coriander; poached eggs with a rich tomato chutney and grilled ham; and a char siu pulled pork baguette with chipotle aioli.
At regular coffee tasting sessions (‘cuppings’), coffee is judged in terms of taste, body and aroma. Cuppings are relaxed and educational, with expert roasters leading you through different processing methods and varietals of coffee which in turn produce different flavour notes.
