Owned by three friends with a combined experience of 40+ years in the Melbourne hospitality scene, the team understood the importance of deliciously fresh food and excellent service, coming together to create Sachi Japanese Restaurant. Head Chef Hong ensures elegance is delivered in every dish, with high quality ingredients in all aspects of the restaurant.

Sachi specialises in seafood and all of the delicious fish that you taste is carefully dry-aged in their kitchen to enhance texture and flavour. Their talented chefs are the backbone of the restaurant, ensuring the Sachi standard goes into every single dish. Try their authentic Japanese menu, pair with your choice of sake and you’re in for the perfect meal.

Originally launched as a pop-up restaurant in Hawthorn, the restaurant's success paved the way for a permanent location in Melbourne's CBD that the Sachi team have officially called home.
