Sachi specialises in seafood and all of the delicious fish that you taste is carefully dry-aged in their kitchen to enhance texture and flavour. Their talented chefs are the backbone of the restaurant, ensuring the Sachi standard goes into every single dish. Originally launched as a pop-up restaurant in Hawthorn, the restaurant's success paved the way for a permanent location in Melbourne's CBD that the Sachi team have officially called home.
