Nobu

Nobu is part of a global chain of innovative Japanese fusion cuisine helmed by Japanese actor-turned-chef Nobu Matsuhisa.

Stop in for a bento box filled with sushi and sashimi for lunch, or grab one of the many hot dishes on offer. The pay-per-piece sushi and sashimi menu will keep you ordering more and more. Try the yellowtail, Japanese red snapper, salmon, abalone or eel to name a few.

If the food on its own isn't enough, the restaurant features views over the Yarra and Melbourne's beautiful skyline.

Thursdays to Sundays, 3-6pm, take advantage of tanoshi, translating to 'fun', 'happy' and 'pleasant' hour in Japanese, it's a chance to dine on Nobu Melbourne's signature plates and cocktails.

The bar is open until late. Dinner reservations are essential.
