Located within the luxurious surrounds of the Grand Hyatt Melbourne hotel, cocktail bar Ru-Co serves up an extensive list of signature cocktails, paired with a light snack menu.

Their signature cocktail menu reflects countries and continents across the world and brings you to the furthest shores without having to leave your chair.

The wine list is drawn from the 2,700 premium wines housed in the bar's feature wine wall, accompanied by an impressive list of single malt whiskies and cognacs.

With warm rich tones and dramatic sculptural artworks, Ru-Co also features a stunning courtyard with alfresco seating and an exclusive private area next to the fireplace, offering a secluded space for guests.
