Pearl Diver Cocktails and Oysters is a vibrant and fun cocktail and oyster bar specialising in seasonal produce-driven cocktails and the freshest oysters from around Australia.

Located in the heart of Melbourne's theatre district it's inspired by the oyster bars and French Quarter of New Orleans. More than just oysters and cocktails they serve an a-la-carte food menu featuring share style plates alongside an extensive, well-curated wine list.

Whether you're stopping by for a quick tipple and oyster or settling in for the afternoon, their team of hospitality professionals are on hand to deliver warm and knowledgeable service.
