Melba Restaurant
This award-winning Melbourne institution has long been a favorite with locals. It has floor to ceiling views over the Yarra River and the Melbourne city skyline. The restaurant caters for a wide variety of tastes and is a showcase for premium Victorian produce and local wines. Ideal for breakfast, long lunches, pre-theatre dinner, leisurely dinners, intimate dinners for two and family celebrations.
It is dynamically designed and constantly evolving, with interactive open kitchens, grazing buffet and cooking stations. Guests can indulge in delicacies from the Asian wok and dumpling section, the Indian tandoori oven and spice kitchen, the rotisserie, the extensive chilled seafood and sushi station, or the char grill. A decadent 'floating dessert' display will also tempt guests with its array of sweet treats. The finale features the artisan farmhouse cheese island.
