Serving traditional Chinese Lanzhou beef noodle soup made with hand-pulled noodles, house broth, slow-cooked beef belly, white radish, red chilli oil, and coriander.

Each soup is made fresh to order with your choice of thick, thin, hot or cold noodles, and garnishes.

Extra sides include shredded potato, special pickles, bean curd, spicy pork ear or tea-flavoured eggs.
