Kisumé is exquisite Japanese-inspired fine dining spanning three levels in Flinders Lane.

For a casual experience, try the sushi counter. Here you can watch the masterful chefs as they build some of the finest sushi in the city. If you're after more formality, head to the restaurant and enjoy a banquet. Groups of twelve are invited to the chef's table where a private chef will take you through an unforgettable omakase degustation.

The vibrant flavours of Japanese seafood matches perfectly with Chablis - a lean, premium chardonnay from central France with a diehard legion of followers around the world. Fans of the wine will find one of the largest collections of Chablis in the southern hemisphere as part of the restaurant's incredible wine wall. Head upstairs to the Chablis bar to be enamoured with this refined and elegant elixir.

Kisumé is one of the great dining experiences of the city. Sushi and wine lovers won't find a much better place to whet their appetite.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong Boon Wurrung peoples of the Eastern Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past, present and emerging.

We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection the Wurundjeri, Bunurong, Dja Dja Wurrung, Taungurung and Wadawurrung peoples of the Eastern Kulin have to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.

We are committed to our reconciliation journey, because at its heart, reconciliation is about strengthening relationships between Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal peoples, for the benefit of all Victorians.
