Ishizuka

  • Fine dining

Ishizuka follows the artisanal ritual of delicately designing a traditional kaiseki multi-course meal.

One of the great Japanese restaurants in Melbourne, Ishizuka's seasonal set menu is designed around flavours, as well as balance, texture, colour and appearance.

Exceptional wine and non-alcoholic pairings are available. The restaurant only seats 16 people, so booking is essential.

Elegant hexagonal dish of Japanese tuna with shishu and mayo.
