The chef uses fresh, local ingredients and his own traditional Korean barbecue sauce to create premium dishes like wagyu beef roll, Angus beef rib fillet, pork belly and charcoal king prawns.

The menu also includes all the traditional favourites like bulgogi, bibimbap and Korean hot pot.
