Grill’d
The new two-level Grill’d on Swanston Street is the brand’s largest city store, designed for the fast-moving city crowd with a hidden underground twist. Upstairs features a sleek, grab-and-go set-up with kiosk ordering, outdoor seating and views of one of Australia’s busiest pedestrian strips.
Downstairs, 'The Dug-Out' transforms a historic World War II basement, once an Allied Services Club into a moody, character-filled dining room. Seating 170 guests and featuring Grill’d’s first private dining room for up to 70 people, it’s built for both quick bites and group gatherings.
Grill'd is a chain of burger restaurants offering fresh burgers using RSPCA-approved chicken and pork and grass fed, free range Australian beef and lamb. There are options for the health-conscious, as well as burgers for those who need something gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian or vegan.
It’s first in, best dressed from 9:30am to score one of 754 burgers for free, T&Cs apply.
