Father’s Office speakeasy bar and restaurant takes inspiration from Prohibition-era America, with 1920s decor and Americana-style food.
The dining room features a tin ceiling, period mosaics and vintage pieces, including an original Swanston Street sign. Take a seat on one of the comfy couches or grab a cocktail and take in the spectacular view of the State Library from the large wrap-around balcony.
The menu focuses on premium cuts of meat and burgers, with a few vegetarian options, while the drinks list features a wide range of whisky and rum, and local micro-brewers on tap.
