Farmer’s Daughters is an exciting new dining and food experience, showcasing the abundant food offering of Victoria’s Gippsland region. Developed by chef Alejandro Saravia (Pastuso), Farmer’s Daughters is a three-level venue located within the 80 Collins Precinct.

Featuring an open kitchen, gourmet deli and coffee window on the ground floor, a formal restaurant and bespoke ‘campfire kitchen’ on the second floor and a rooftop bar, Farmer’s Daughters champions the true essence of Gippsland, and celebrates the diversity and richness of produce from the region.

Working with Victorian farmers and producers, Farmer’s Daughters provides a true farm-to-table experience, taking you on a seasonal journey from the city to the rolling hills, mountains, rivers, and beaches of the Gippsland region.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.
