Elio's Place
Elio’s Place is an all-day European-inspired bistro that marries old-world charm with contemporary freshness. Located in the historic Flinders House, on Flinders Lane, the bistro is named after the siblings’ late father, Elio, and reflects a deep love of Italian hospitality. The kitchen team includes group executive chef, Gareth Flood, and Florence-born Matilde Razzoli as head chef.
From 3pm to 5pm daily, Elio’s Place embraces the European social custom of aperitivo with drinks and snack-sized plates. The wine list features local and international producers, alongside classic cocktails with a riff on those leading to their signature blends.
Elio’s Place, a warm and inviting addition to Flinders Lane, is open seven days a week serving breakfast, lunch, aperitivo and dinner.
