Crackle Bae is a Vietnamese kitchen specialising in bánh mì and other authentic Vietnamese dishes like bún chả hà nội. They offer daily-baked rolls to complement their vibrant menu, delivering a delicious taste of Vietnam with every bite.

The heart of Crackle Bae’s bánh mì lies in the rich, flavorful pâté crafted by Hannah, the chef and founder. Hannah moved to Australia 12 years ago and began her journey in hospitality in 2014. Her pâté, a cherished recipe passed down from her grandmother, has long been a favorite among Melbourne’s Vietnamese community. Now at Crackle Bae she’s sharing her passion for traditional Vietnamese flavours with a wider audience.

At Crackle Bae the combination of fresh ingredients, authentic recipes, and Hannah’s signature pâté makes every dish a celebration of Vietnamese cuisine.
