Their signature dish is crispy pork belly bánh mi, a popular Vietnamese baguette. They are a delicate balance of sweet, savoury, sour and varying textures, wrapped in a soft crumb bun that is perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.

Their full menu is based on family recipes, and includes phở, rice paper rolls, noodle dishes, salads, with choices for vegetarians. Or try one of their coffees, ranked 6th for best Vietnamese coffee in Melbourne.
