Cabinet Bar
Tucked behind Little Collins Street and next to the Melbourne Town Hall, this space is a softly lit, Parisian-style gem, whose European furnishings and retro chic decor will delight.
Kath Camfield and Alan Bell established Cabinet Bar in 2007 to create an exclusive place, cherished by 'those in the know', and you will often find regulars among the after-work crowd, travellers and local explorers.
You will find tables for two, comfy sofas and tables to share in this perfect venue for a quick meet-up, a meal before a show or a cruisy Sunday session. The balcony has wonderful views over Swanston Street down to the Yarra. Watch the sun go down while you enjoy cocktails or a wine.
Blackboard menus direct you to the seasonal selection of snacks, cheese, flatbreads and share-style plates, which can be ordered to nibble as you drink, or make it something more substantial for lunch or dinner, seven days a week.
