Melbourne’s dessert scene is a whole lot sweeter with the much-anticipated arrival of cult Korean shaved ice sensation, Bingsoo. Following the tremendous success of its flagship store in Springvale, Bingsoo officially opens in Melbourne, cementing its reputation as the go-to destination for Korean street food and desserts.

Bingsoo is renowned for its namesake signature ‘Bingsu’, a traditional Korean delicacy featuring finely shaved ice adorned with an array of sweet toppings. Highlights from their menu of ten irresistible flavours include the refreshing Mango Matcha Bingsoo, blending fresh mango, mango jelly, and earthy matcha sauce. For chocolate fanatics, the indulgent Oreo Bingsoo promises a rich experience with layers of chocolate crumbs, wafer, and sauce.

Savoury options include signature k-dogs and thick cut savoury toasts.
