Located in the Melbourne Marriott Docklands, Archer’s is a modern, sophisticated, dining space, creating timeless cuisine inspired by local. Enjoy a Melbourne style breakfast, a long lunch till the very last minute, or settle in and spend an evening. Lunch and dinner dining includes a two and three course menu, as well as a tasting menu.
Archer’s draws inspiration from the mad men world of the New York hotel restaurant, circa 1960s, when business types dined alongside socialites. The boutique setting, emphasised by its vault like design aesthetic, demanded a destination concept, where hotel guests stayed in to eat and Melbournians travelled in to experience.
Archer’s menu will be delivered by Head Chef Alex Drobysz (Maze London, Lumiere Vancouver, Epocha, Bryerley) who brings Michelin star experience.
