Yarra River Clean-up and Coffee Meet-up

Join Keep It Kirei for a relaxed community clean-up walk along the Yarra River. You'll meet near Flinders Street Station and walk along the Yarra River while picking up litter and enjoying conversation along the way.

Keep It Kirei is a Melbourne-based community that brings people together through clean actions. Their events welcome locals, international students, working holiday makers and people from all cultural backgrounds.

It’s more than just picking up litter, it’s an opportunity to meet new people, enjoy Melbourne together and make a small positive impact on the city.

For anyone who would like to stay and chat after the clean-up, there will be a casual coffee meet-up nearby.

Bring gloves and a rubbish bag if you have them, and wear a blue item of clothing if possible, to aid group recognition.

No previous volunteering experience is needed, and you’re welcome to come solo or bring a friend.
