Vienna Boys Choir
With a musical tradition spanning more than five centuries, the Vienna Boys Choir traces its origins to Vienna's Imperial Court, where boys have sung since the 13th century. Over generations, its remarkable history has crossed paths with some of classical music's greatest names, including Mozart, Haydn, Schubert and Bruckner.
Today, the Vienna Boys Choir continues this living tradition on stages around the world. Since 1924, the Choir has completed more than 1,000 tours across 100 countries, bringing its distinctive sound and centuries-old musical heritage to audiences worldwide.
In February, Australian audiences will have the opportunity to experience this extraordinary choral tradition live in concert.
