The Royal Society of Victoria hosts a vibrant program of science talks and forums, STEM industry and career-development events, partner programs and a community activation agenda for suburban and regional Victoria.

Free public lectures are held on the second and fourth Thursday of each month.

The building was designed by renowned Melbourne architect Joseph Reed, who also designed Melbourne Town Hall and State Library Victoria.
