Leftfield with Paul Mac DJ Set: Live at the Gardens

  • Music
  • Entertainment

Electronic music pioneers Leftfield take over the Gardens for a night of legendary grooves, seismic bass, and boundary-pushing electronic dance music.

Returning to Australia after eight years, they continue celebrating 35 years since their 1990 debut track Not Forgotten. Formed in 1988, Leftfield became one of the most influential acts in dance music history, with iconic albums Leftism and Rhythm & Stealth earning Mercury Prize nominations and classics like Open Up and Phat Planet defining the genre.

Their acclaimed 2022 album This Is What We Do proves they’re still innovating and selling out venues worldwide.

Special guests Paul Mac (DJ set) and Late Nite Tuff Guy.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.

We accept the invitation in the Uluru Statement from the Heart and are committed to walking together to build a better future. For more information, visit Aboriginal Melbourne.
