Guided by the BangPop chefs, you’ll prepare a fragrant Tom Yum soup and a rich, aromatic Thai Red Curry from scratch. Along the way you’ll explore traditional ingredients like lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, palm sugar and fish sauce, and learn how they come together to create the unmistakable flavours of Thailand.
