Searching for recipes and new ideas, gathering ingredients, arranging the table, preparing the food, then serving it... all with many more rules of conduct than we are governed by today.

Using cookbooks of the period and of course Jane’s letters, here’s the opportunity to explore the world of Regency food. Actress Lise Rodgers will deliver this special presentation in costume appropriate to the time of Jane Austen.
