Cocktail Masterclass

  • Activity
  • Events

Set on the Crane Terrace beneath the umbrellas, this intimate mixology masterclass invites guests into the story behind their Conscious Pour, the Riviera Spritz, created in support of Social Studio and their capsule pop-up.

Made with Rosella Gin, native raspberry shrub, mandarin, sparkling wine and soda, the cocktail reflects a more thoughtful approach to drinking, with leftover wine and mandarin peels transformed into a vibrant garnish dust that echoes the colours of a Riviera sunset.

Guided by their bartenders, you'll discover the inspiration behind the cocktail, explore the thoughtful techniques and ingredients that bring it to life, and learn how creativity and conscious choices can shape every pour. Along the way, craft your own signature serve before settling in to enjoy it alongside the Social Studio capsule collection, where fashion, community and considered design come together under one roof.
