Australian Youth Film Festival Awards Ceremony

  • Film
  • Theatre

Celebrate the next generation of Australian filmmakers, storytellers, and screen creators at the Australia Youth Film Festival Award Ceremony, taking place at Melbourne's 100-year old iconic cinematic venue, The Capitol.

This dynamic, action-packed awards show honours the talent, creativity, and vision of young creators aged 15–24 from across Australia, showcasing outstanding emerging voices in film, documentary, animation, and screen storytelling.

The awards recognise the achievements of nominees in bringing their screen ideas to life, and will in turn inspire the next generation of screen creatives.

This will be an evening of film, celebration, conversation, and inspiration, including industry guest appearances, and the announcement of this year's award winners.

Presented by RMIT University in partnership with The Australia Youth Film Festival.
