A Long Lunch with Maison Chanterêves

  • Events
  • Food and drink

One of France’s most exciting micro-wineries, Maison Chanterêves, joins the Harriot team for their first wine lunch of the year. Founded by Tomoko Kuriyama and Guillaume Bott, the Burgundy-based négociant has built a devoted following for wines of clarity, restraint and precision.

Tomoko and Guillaume will guide guests through a rare opportunity to taste top-tier highlights from Chanterêves’ 2023 vintage, including core cuvées, across four leisurely courses, with matched wines and Champagne on arrival.

The menu will move from snacks and seafood through to richer dishes think beef tartare with shishito and green coriander seed, bluefin tuna tart with porcini rye, ravioli with Comté, polenta and sweetcorn butter and duck with rainbow chard and pickled cherry, before a cheese course to finish.

The City of Melbourne respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we govern, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin and pays respect to their Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour the unbroken spiritual, cultural and political connection they have maintained to this unique place for more than 2000 generations.

We accept the invitation in the Uluru Statement from the Heart and are committed to walking together to build a better future. For more information, visit Aboriginal Melbourne.
