Assembly is a coffee and tea store for connoisseurs, with an offering based on quality, seasonal availability and meaningfully sourced products.

Customers can drink coffee and tea in store, sample a range of products from around the world and purchase supplies to take home.

Assembly selects a range of coffee beans with a variety of flavours and then carefully roasts them at Bureaux Collective. It also stocks coffee from other roasters around Australia.

Assembly products are ethically traded, meaning the coffee and tea growers are being paid fair prices for their harvests.
