The Butter Room celebrates the under-rated but loved combination of bread and butter, using these simple ingredients to create new flavours.

Drawing inspiration from French baking techniques and infusing them with Korean and Asian flavours like injeolmi (a roasted soybean mochi-style Korean treat), matcha, hojicha, taro and yuzu, they craft an array of breads, croissants, cakes, canelés and coffees that will entice your taste buds.
