The Boatbuilders Yard

  • Bar
  • Cafe

The Boatbuilders Yard is a bar and cafe designed by Six Degrees architects.

The venue retains the cultural heritage and charm of Melbourne’s famous maritime precinct, nestled beside MCEC and the Polly Woodside sailing ship, with a modern design twist on its centrepiece, an original historic shed.

Enjoy a great selection of drinks, coupled with a delicious South American and Mediterranean food offerings.

Conveniently located on the edge of the city at South Wharf, in a relaxing oasis of parkland and trees next to the Yarra River with windows that open right up when the weather is right.

Hands clinking orange drinks over bowls of food in a sunny setting.
