The people behind the restaurant regularly travel through Italy eating and drinking their way through the country's 20 culinary regions discovering the diversity of Italian food and wine.

Vegetables used in their cooking are grown on their biodynamic garden in the Macedon Ranges - a true paddock-to-plate philosophy in action.

There is a fantastic wine list with Australian and Italian wines, or if you have something special, you can BYO.
