Dining at Saluministi takes you on a journey through Italy. Meals are made fresh to order, using seasonal produce and traditional flavours.

The inspiration for Saluministi began in childhood: time spent amongst fresh produce; at the dinner table sharing moments with family; and in the kitchen watching deliciousness created with hands and hearts.

Being Melbourne's original paninoteca, you can enjoy traditional Italian panini such as the Porchetta, Cotoletta, Pollo & Salsiccia 5 days a week. Combined with Italian coffee, sweets and Mortadella Cornetti for breakfast, there is something for everyone to cure your Italian craving.
