One Plus Piece sells Asian fusion burgers and milkshakes and is a nod to the long-running Japanese anime show, One Piece.
The Sushi burger swaps bread buns for sushi rice and crispy nori and is filled with crunchy but tender fried chicken, Chinese sausage, fresh chilli, lettuce and cheese sauce. Other burgers feature Sher wagyu and might contain peanut butter, or scrambled egg, or sriracha. As sides, you can get beer battered chips but also nori chips, sweet potato chips, salted duck egg yolks or loaded fries with sriracha and maple bacon jam.
On the drinks list there are the One Plus Piece milkshakes; amongst them strawberry cheesecake, black sesame mochi and toasted marshmallow with Nutella. House brew sparkling drinks featuring butterfly pea lemonade, salted punk grapefruit and tropical popping pearl and a range of Strange Love soft drinks. There is also cheesy coffee and to come, bubble tea milkshakes.
