Ngon Banh Cuon

Ngon Banh Cuon is Melbourne’s only Vietnamese restaurant dedicated to banh cuon - the iconic, delicate steamed rice rolls that are a staple in Northern Vietnam but rarely found in specialty form here.

Each plate is hand-rolled to order, served with traditional house-made dipping sauce, fresh herbs, crispy shallots and premium fillings like lemongrass pork and mushroom.

The menu also offers a range of other Northern Vietnamese dishes.
